Effective Date: July 9, 2025
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Anton Susov ("Licensor") for the use of the Concepeo web application ("Application").

Licensor grants User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application on a subscription basis, solely for personal or internal business use in accordance with this Agreement.

User may not:

• Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Application;
• Bypass or disable any encryption, security, or licensing mechanisms;
• Use the Application to develop a competing product;
• Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the Application or its components.

All intellectual property rights in and to the Application are owned by Licensor. This Agreement does not grant User any ownership interest.

The Application is currently offered free of charge as part of a beta testing period. Licensor reserves the right to introduce subscription fees or other payment requirements upon the official release of the full version. Users will be notified in advance of any changes to the pricing model, and continued use after such changes will constitute acceptance of the new terms.

The Application does not store or transmit any user data. All data remains local to the user's device. Licensor is not responsible for the loss, corruption, or exposure of user-generated data.

The Application is provided "AS IS" and is currently in beta. As such, it may contain bugs, errors, or other issues that may affect functionality or performance. Licensor makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Use of the Application is at the User’s sole risk.

Licensor shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Application, including incidental, indirect, or consequential damages.

Licensor may terminate this Agreement or modify, suspend, or discontinue the Application (in whole or in part) at any time, with or without notice, particularly during the beta phase. Upon termination, User must cease all use of the Application.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Germany. By using the Application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
